A few years ago I went through immense trauma and came out the other side - with a mission.

A mission to inform people that the body is designed to heal itself if given the tools it needs to do so.

And if we stop outsourcing our health to doctors and take our health into our own hands- we can heal ourselves mind, body and spirit.

I was shouting my new found knowledge from the rooftops.

But as it turned out, not everyone wanted to hear what I had to say.

"Don't you know dairy is linked to cancer and cow's milk is full of puss? And dont get me started on sugar!"

(Try saying that to your bestie and she bites into an ice cream sundae!) Note: Please don't do what I did.

So I started a blog. A failed blog. 

It wasn't until I started the Food Heals Podcast that I finally found an outlet for my passion.

Suddenly I had fans and followers and listeners who wanted to hear what I had to say. I created a platform where people who had healed themselves could share their story and inspire others that they could do the same.

I had no idea what this would lead to - me speaking on stages across the United States, Australia, France and Ireland! Getting a book deal and writing my first book, having coaching clients who would pay anything to hire me, creating courses who people bought while I was sleeping, getting so much swag from sponsors I had to convert an entire closet of my house into a swag closet, being offered press passes to incredible parties and events...the list goes on and on.

I was hooked. 

In a few short years I went from being a failed blogger to living the life of my dreams.

And now I want to help you do that too.

Because I believe we were all put on this earth for a purpose. And that when we live in our truth and stand in our power, we are unstoppable..

For years I would read in Facebook Groups and hear at conferences that building an audience was hard - it was a mystery to so many! And sponsorship? Forget it! That was only for people with huge audiences!

"None of that is true!" I thought to myself. So I began to teach my strategies. And what started with a few small clients led to multiple mastermind groups, in-person trainings, speaking on stages, group coaching, and leading workshops across the US and abroad. 

The results that my clients have had continues to astound me. And this why I wanted to make this course for you. Because if you have a passion and you have knowledge and experience and want to change the world, I believe you should get paid to do just that!

I am in the world of wellness and frankly, there is a lot of "poverty mentality" in this world. People do not believe that they can charge what they are worth for doing what they love, helping people better their lives, or helping people get healthy.

My argument is this: There are huge corporations out there (I won't name them but you know who they are) who are making billions of dollars keeping people sick. Billions of dollars!! So why shouldn't people in the wellness industry be charging money to get people healthy?

If you are not in wellness, whatever field you are in, I am sure that you have a passion to help people in some way or you probably wouldn't be doing what you are doing.
